We offer a 3-step approach to Landscape Design - developed to provide you with optimal results.   

Step 1. Customer Interview:  We start the process by visiting your property and going through a detailed discussion to determine any stylistic preferences, likes and dislikes. 

Step 2. Visual-Eyes (Designs):  Our in-house designer will take digital pictures of your property and create a series of landscape designs to show you how your new installation will look - we refer to this as Visual-eyes.  During the design process you will have the opportunity to provide feedback and we may go through a few rounds until we have your final approval.  The most important thing for us is to make sure you are happy with the results. 

Step 3. Pricing and Installation:  After you approve the designs - we then provide you with a written estimate broken down in a clear and concise manner.  Once the estimate is approved our team of professionals can usually have your new landscaping installed within 2 weeks.

For proper cutting and trimming the lawn should be cut with no more than 30% of the blade.  Additionally, it is important to have well maintained equipment and all mowers should have a sharp blade.  Distinctive Property Services uses state-of-the-art lawn equipment and services them regularly.  Our crew is trained in the latest lawn care techniques and most of our team has been with us for over 5 years.

Proper irrigation of your landscaping is critical.  Too much water is just as bad as not enough water.  The lawn, shrubs and flowers all have different water requirements.  Distinctive Property Services will monitor your property to make sure the appropriate amount of water is being utilized.  We can also repair, replace and update your system should it be required.
